3. Mr. Degala previously served as chief business development officer for Tenet’s southern states region.
4. He also was Wellstar Health System in Georgia’s vice president of revenue cycle.
5. Earlier this week, Surgery Partners’ shares shares fell 3 percent, hitting $13.60.
