Sisters of Charity Hospital Officially Moves ASC to St. Joseph’s Campus


Catholic Health has moved its ambulatory surgery center to the Sisters of Charity Hospital’s St. Joseph campus in Cheektowaga, N.Y., according to a Buffalo Business First report.

The center originally opened in 1998 and operated at Windsong Medical Park in Buffalo, N.Y. The move was made to consolidate outpatient surgery services. Hospital officials expect case volume to rise to 1,200 to 1,500 cases per year at the new center.

The 10,000-square-foot, $4 million ASC has three operating rooms. Cases will begin on June 16.
