1. The partnership went into effect June 2.
2. A physician-led outpatient center, Grove Place Surgery Center offers services including general surgery, orthopedics, otorhinolaryngology, pain management and podiatry.
3. As of March 31, 2016, SCA was in partnership with more than 190 Florida physicians.
4. SCA operated 194 surgical facilities across the United States as of March 31, 2016.
