Provident Healthcare Partners helped Palmetto Retina Center partner with Retina Consultants of America, according to a Nov. 9 press release.
Palmetto is the seventh leading retina specialty practice to join Retina Consultants of America, the release said. Provident was the exclusive financial adviser to Palmetto.
"We could not be happier with the Provident team as they helped guide us through the complex process of partnering with RCA," Lloyd Clark, MD, partner at Palmetto Retina Center, said in the release. "As experts in healthcare, they could look at the various candidates critically, accurately analyze our business operations, and position us most favorably for negotiations."
