3. On Aug. 5 the company shares hit a one-year high of $85.52. The stock’s one-year low is $47.68.

4. Five analysts have given AmSurg stock a “strong buy” rating. Six analysts set a “buy rating.” Just one analyst rates the company’s stock as “underperforming,” according to the report.
