The building is leased by Foundation Surgical Affiliates and includes the Foundation Surgery Center of Oklahoma City. The surgery center is a joint venture among 30 physicians and Foundation Surgical Affiliates.
The 52,000-square-foot surgery center has five operating rooms and one procedure room.
As a part of the transaction, the building is now on new 10-year lease.
Foundation Surgical Affiliates is a wholly owned subsidiary of Graymark Healthcare.
