1. Physicians Endoscopy acquired a majority interest in the PGC Endoscopy Center of Excellence. The center is Physician Endoscopy’s 34th. The joint venture relationship was finalized on Jan. 31.

PE is a natural partner inasmuch as it is headquartered locally, has both local and national experience, and shares our core values,” said Mark S. Tanker, DO.
3. The endoscopy center has two rooms and performs more than 4,500 procedures each year. The center opened in 2007.
