AmSurg CAO sells nearly 9k shares

Kevin Delon Eastridge, chief accounting officer of AmSurg, has sold 8,999 shares of company stock at an average price of $60.43 per share, according to a Dakota Financial News report.

Transaction had a total value of $543,809.57. Mr. Eastridge now owns 39,588 shares of company stock, a value of approximately $2.4 million, according to the report.

The transaction was disclosed with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
