SCA proposes $250M private offering of senior unsecured notes

On March 10, Surgical Care Affiliates plans to launch an offering of $250 million aggregate principal of its senior unsecured notes due 2023.

SCA intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay all outstanding debt under its existing credit facility, pay costs associated with refinancing transactions and for general corporate purposes such as acquisitions and development.
