1. This is EyeSouth Partners’ first partnership in Tennessee. The practice management company provides guidance, resources and capital to its affiliates.
2. EyeSouth was looking for an ophthalmology-practice partner to establish its presence in the state, which it said is a “key growth state.”
3. Each practice features an ASC. The practices will continue to operate independently with no changes to staff, physicians or location.
