Paseo Surgery Center Moves to Occupy Portion of Vacant Albuquerque Building

Paseo (N.M.) Surgery Center is expected to now occupy 6,200 square feet of a 15,000-square-foot Albuquerque building that previously housed Vaughn Co. Realtors’, according to an Albuquerque Business First report.

The building was purchased by a five-partner real estate group two years ago

The facility will also house NextCare Urgent Care and a private dental practice.

A group of physicians will operate Paseo Surgery Center.
