Orthopedic ASC of Chesterfield files form D for $1M in financing

The Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center of Chesterfield (Mo.) has filed form D in regards to $1 million in financing, according to an OCTA Finance report.

The surgery center was able to sell $110,000, according to the report. President David Brown signed the form.
