National eye surgery provider Nvision is considering a potential sale, PE Hub reports.
What you should know:
1. The Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based company retained Harris Williams, an investment bank, to serve as a financial adviser.
2. Nvision operates 31 locations and has eight ASCs.
3. The practice was formed in 2010 by Tom Tooma, MD, and has since performed more than 2 million cataract and refractive surgeries. The practice has more than 2,000 eye doctors in its affiliated network.
