Northern Arizona Healthcare acquires Summit Surgery Center

Northern Arizona Healthcare plans to acquire Summit Surgery Center in Flagstaff, Ariz., according to an azdailysun report.

The health system’s board unanimously voted to acquire the surgery center’s building and business. The deal is expected to close by March 31.

The physicians who perform procedures at the surgery center and their practice will remain independent.
