Here’s what you should know:
1. COUG plans to provide practice management services to additional urology groups in Ohio and across the U.S.
2. COUG has 18 locations in central Ohio, including a single-specialty ASC. The facilities offer urology and cancer care services.
3. This is NMS’ fifth investment in the physician practice space. COUG CEO Mark Cherney said the investment will help the physician practice grow and expand into new markets.
