A new outpatient surgery center is under consideration for Richland, Wash., according to a Bellingham Herald report.

K. Blair Sampson, MD, has a purchase and sale agreement for property in Richland and may turn it into an ASC with office space.

 

Dr. Sampson specializes in upper extremity surgery at Northwest Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine in Richland.
