New Oklahoma Surgery Center Included in Mercy Health System Facility in Edmond

Sisters of Mercy Health System, based in Chesterfield, Mo., has broken ground on a new healthcare facility in Edmond, Okla., which will feature an outpatient surgery center, according to a report from the Edmond Sun.

The $88 million, 200,000-square-foot facility will also include a walk-in clinic, wellness center, imaging/women’s center and sports rehab.

 

The new facility will expand Mercy Health’s presence in Edmond as the health system already has seven clinics and 22 primary care physicians in the community, according to the report.
