New Arizona Surgery Center Coming to North Scottsdale

A surgery center will be included in a new medical office building in North Scottsdale, Ariz., which is set to break ground in the fall, according to a news release from developer Wolff Urban Development.

Scottsdale Medical Center Plaza will include the surgical center as well as medical and executive medical offices. Physicians will have the opportunity to participate in ownership of both the surgical center and medical office building, according to the release.

 

Completion of the MOB and surgery center is planned for late 2012.
