1. Pinnacle Orthopaedics’ facility was built in 2010 and encompasses 31,764 square feet.
2. The facility was constructed with Pinnacle Orthopaedics as its anchor. Along with office space, the building houses a 10,000-square-foot ASC with two operating rooms.
3. In addition to the ASC, the building features imaging services and a fully staffed clinic.
4. Vascular Surgical Associates and Advanced Dental Restorations are also housed in the building.
