1. The project is expected to begin in May and cost $14.5 million.
2. The new facility will be 50,000-square-feet and include access to both primary care physicians and specialists in one facility.
3. Built next to Howland Surgery Center with physician offices, rehabilitation services, diagnostic imaging and lab services brought together between the two facilities.
4. Specialties at the center include orthopedics, physical medicine and ENT.
5. The center is designed to make scheduling and treating patients more efficient.
