5 notes on Tampa General Hospital’s new outpatient medical center

Landmark Health Facilities is currently constructing a new medical center in Brandon, Fla.

Here are five notes:

1. The four-story medical center will be 130,000 square feet upon completion.

2. Tampa General Hospital will occupy the space, with room for additional medical services.

3. The center also includes a 70,000-sqauare-foot outpatient medical center, which will house an ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms.

4. The outpatient medial center will also include a free-standing emergency department and outpatient imaging center.

5. Additional services include physical therapy, primary care, specialty care and a pharmacy.
