MedProperties Holdings Acquires Evendale Healthcare Center, Including ASC

A partnership formed by MedProperties Holdings, a Dallas-based healthcare real estate private equity investment firm, and Equity, a commercial real estate company based in Columbus, Ohio, has acquired the Evendale Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, according to a Healthcare Finance News report.

The 65,670-square-foot, four-story Evendale Healthcare Center includes an ambulatory surgery center and a multitude of physician specialties.

MedProperties and Equity intend to invest at least $2.5 million in the facility for renovations.
