Lancaster Specialty Surgery Center opens in Ohio: 5 things to know

The new Lancaster (Ohio) Specialty Surgery Center opened its doors, according to Lancaster Eagle-Gazette.

Here are five things to know:

1. The surgery center will mainly offer orthopedic services, including outpatient total joint procedures.

2. Patients may also visit the center for ENT procedures.

3. The center will likely offer neuro-spine procedures in the future.

4. The 8,116-square-foot center houses two operating suites and one procedure room.

5. Lancaster Specialty Surgery Center is affiliated with SurgCenter Development. The center’s anesthesiologists are affiliated with New Albany (Ohio) Orthopedic Anesthesia.
