Welch Capital Partners boosts Tenet stake by 93.7% — 4 things to know

During the third quarter of fiscal year 2016, Welch Capital Partners increased its stake in Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare by 93.65 percent, according to Chester Independent.

Here are four things to know:

1. At the end of the quarter, the firm held 380,590 company shares.

2. Since May 2016, Tenet stock has plummeted 46.79 percent.

3. Tenet shares are downtrending.

4. The company shares have underperformed the S&P500 by 54.46 percent.
