Indianapolis practice’s headquarters, ASC sold in joint venture

A building housing the Indianapolis-based Indiana Hand to Shoulder ASC and the practice’s headquarters has been sold in a joint venture, according to Inside Indiana Business.

Caddis Healthcare Real Estate and an Invesco Real Estate client purchased the building. The deal’s financial terms were not reported. The building is 41,205 square feet. After the sale, physicians and other staff will continue to work at the building.

BMO Harris Bank’s healthcare group financed the project.
