The surgery center’s last day of business was April 6.

The ASC is a 10,000-square-foot multi-specialty facility built by a group of local physicians in 2005.

The medical director and CEO of Princeton Surgery Center LLC has expressed hope that Gibson General Hospital in Princeton will acquire the ASC and then continue to run it as a surgery center rather than a hospital outpatient department.
