1. Odyssey purchased the 90,000-square-foot property in 2013, renovating the building’s lobby and painting its exterior.
2. During its tenure, Odyssey increased occupancy by 30 percent. The building currently houses a surgery center with imaging services and lab space.
3. Odyssey Real Estate Partner Dave Sundaram said, “This asset is in the bullseye for the [real estate investment trusts] and investment funds that are targeting well located off-campus medical office buildings with surgery centers, diagnostic imaging and primary care.”
4. Odyssey owns and operates 27 commercial products in Las Vegas and in Kansas City, Mo.
