Foundation Surgery Affiliates owns non-controlling equity interests in 11 surgery centers in seven states. Foundation Surgical Hospital Affiliates owns two surgical hospitals and non-controlling interest in two surgical hospitals, all of which are located in Texas.
As a part of the acquisition agreement, Graymark Healthcare has acquired all of the member interests of both Foundation Surgery Affiliates and Foundation Surgical Hospital Affiliates.
