Princeton (N.J.) Orthopaedic Associates has opened a musculoskeletal surgery center in Skillman, N.J.

The three-room center was designed and built by the practice’s orthopedic surgeons, who will also run it, according to an October LinkedIn post from the practice. The group said the center was created with “one focus: providing the best possible experience for our patients,” including simpler surgery days and same-day discharge.

Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is part of OrthoNJ, a New Jersey orthopedic group. The practice said the project followed years of planning aimed at improving musculoskeletal care in central New Jersey.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
