1. Camelback is led by Kristine Romine, MD, and has served the Phoenix area since 2003.
2. Dr. Romine will become part of Platinum’s Arizona Clinical Advisory Board, to help influence business strategy.
3. 4. Platinum CEO Greg DeAtkine said the transactions will allow the private equity firm to remain competitive in Texas and Arizona.
