Backus Center for Specialty Care could include ASC

The Backus Center for Specialty Care will be built on a site behind the William W. Backus Emergency Care Center in Plainfield, Conn., according to The Bulletin

The new facility will be two stories and 40,000 square feet. It will house rehabilitation services, women’s health services, cardiology services, an infusion center, a medical oncology section and potentially an ambulatory surgery center.
