AR’s Drew Memorial Hospital to Build New Surgery Center

Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Ark., has plans to build a new surgery center, according to a Seark Today report.

Drew Memorial Hospital CEO Mike Layfield mentioned the new project when he was interviewed for a story about the opening of new patient wing for the hospital.

 

Mr. Layfield indicated the hospital’s next project, now that the wing is complete, is a “$8 million surgery center.” No other details were available on the project.
