The partnership creates the fourth-largest retina practice in the U.S. Through the partnership, Retinal Consultants of Arizona will continue to operate independently without any changes to its two ASC locations or staff. Retinal Consultants of Arizona has 25 satellite offices.

The partnership is the eighth American Vision Partners has announced in the last two years.
