Hospital campus expansion grows footprint of orthopedic ASC

A healthcare development project will expand the footprint of Franciscan Health’s orthopedic surgery center.

A 120-acre development includes an existing University of St. Francis facility and Franciscan Health Franciscan Point, medical center in Crown Point, Ind. The development will add space to the orthopedic ASC on site, expanding its presence as a center of excellence for the area.

The total development, which comprises 500 acres, will include a new Franciscan Health Crown Point hospital, as well as residential and retail development.
