The Grand Haven (Mich.) Township Board of Trustees approved Holland (Mich.) Hospital and Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health’s plans for a joint outpatient medical building on March 28. After a 3.5 hour meeting, the board did not reach a decision on approving the center.
