$47M Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa Medical Mall Opens

The 221,000-square-foot, $47 million Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa in Cedar Rapids is slated to open on April 15, according to a KCRG report.

Space in the medical mall has been almost all spoken for and leased, save for a final 12,000 square feet, and will have 80 physicians working at the location. The facility is affiliated with BBL Medical Facilities.
