$21M ASC expansion in the works in Wisconsin

The Memorial Medical Center in Ashland, Wis. is expanding with a $21 million ASC set to break ground in October, according to CBS 3 Duluth.

The center will expand by 60,000 square feet and renovate 8,000 square feet. The ASC will remain open during the project, expected to take up to 18 months.

The expansion will add seven operating rooms, four endoscopy suites, a post-anesthesia care unit and 18 pre- and post-surgery rooms.
