Weymouth, Mass.-based South Shore Health will open a $2.7 million medical office building in early October, the Patriot Ledger reports.
What you should know:
1. The building will focus on primary care. It also feature internal and family medicine, OB-GYN, specialty care, laboratory testing and radiology services.
2. The building is the latest in a number of expansions. The health system recently opened a metabolic and bariatric surgery center as well.
3. The health system also now serves as the primary ambulance service provider for the town of Weymouth.
