Wentworth Surgery Center joins local chamber of commerce: 4 things to know

Wentworth Surgery Center has joined the Greater Somersworth (N.H.) Chamber of Commerce, according to a fosters.com report.

Here are four things to know about the surgery center.

1. Wentworth Surgery Center is a multispecialty center jointly owned by 16 physicians and Wentworth Douglass Hospital in Dover, N.H.

2. The multispecialty surgery center offers ENT, gastroenterology, general surgery, podiatry, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics and urology procedures.

3. The 6,700-square-foot surgery center houses two operating rooms, according to the report.

4. Somersworth Mayor Dana Hilliard and members of the board of directors welcomed the surgery center to the chamber of commerce.
