Here are four points:
1. In its first year, 22 surgeons performed 2,005 procedures at the center.
2. The ASC offers surgical services in a number of specialties, including general surgery, podiatry, orthopedics, pain management and gynecology.
3. The surgery center includes 20 private preparation/recovery rooms, three operating rooms and three procedure rooms.
4. The ASC also provides onsite pathology support.
