• Attendance and tardiness: 30 percent
• Employee interactions and disputes: 28 percent
• At-work attitude: 24 percent
• Policy compliance: 9 percent
• Performance and a hostile work environment: 9 percent
The report detailed strategies to mitigate employee issues and case studies with solutions to past issues at ASCs.
