Q: How do you see the healthcare landscape changing and what is your strategic plan to maintain success?
Joseph D’Agostino: Continue to evolve and innovate by adding new specialties, re-negotiating managed care contracts, publishing cash prices on facility websites, capitalizing on actions of competitors, etc., with our operational plans based on local market opportunities.
Q: What do you see your center doing over the next three to five years to promote strength and sustainable growth?
JD: Converting a hospital wholly owned freestanding ASC to a syndication facility offering surgeons the opportunity to become business partners with us. This creates an environment where true alignment between physicians and facility management is optimal while still maintaining the highest quality for the patient.
