Surgery Center of Long Beach Physician authors meniscus repair study

Peter Kurzweil, MD, a partner at the Surgery Center of Long Beach (Calif.) has coauthored a study on the efficacy of traditional meniscus repairs, according to a post on the AmSurg Leadership Blog.

The study analyzed outcomes from nearly 100 meniscus surgeries and found a success rate of almost 78 percent, according to the post.
