Staff were trained in tactics to improve patient perception of care and reduce patient anxiety in the clinical and business office setting. The training also included listening exercises to improve communication.

According to the blog post, facility leadership and coaching played a role in the program’s success, along with the staff’s ability to understand the importance of patient perception.
