NueHealth launches integrated network in Philadelphia: 5 things to know

Yesterday, Nueterra announced it was splitting into two entities: Nueterra Capital and NueHealth. Now, NueHealth has launched the clinically integrated network NueHealth Greater Philadelphia.

Here are five things to know.

1. NueHealth was established to focus on clinically integrated networks, bundled payment programs and healthcare facility development and management.

2. NueHealth Greater Philadelphia aligns more than 850 providers and aims to connect them with healthcare consumers in the region.

3. The clinically integrated network was founded when Integrated Physicians Associates decided to expand. The independent, multispecialty physician association is now named IPA/NueHealth Greater Philadelphia.

4. The network offers bundled payment options and customized benefit plans.

5. “We’re in the industry trenches, leading physicians toward value-based payment models, partnering with large health systems and teaching consumers how to take up the reigns of healthcare,” said Dan Tasset, chairman of NueHealth.
