The “Sip & See” will take place on Nov. 18 and is designed for healthcare professionals to join the team. Here are five key notes on the center:
1. North Central Surgical Center Hospital is affiliated with United Surgical Partners International and Tenet Health. The facility also has a partnership with Baylor Scott & White Health.
2. The multispecialty surgical hospital includes inpatient and outpatient procedures. Specialties include bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, orthopedic surgery, pain management, spine surgery, total joint replacement and urology.
3. The Joint Commission accredited the center, which also has honors from Healthgrades. The hospital is in the top 5 percent in patient satisfaction for inpatients.
4. The facility opened in 2005 and now physicians performs more than 11,000 procedures there annually.
5. There are 10 operating rooms and three procedure rooms in the surgical hospital. The medical/surgical patient rooms have menu service.
