Mr. Smith has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare administration and consulting. He has board certification in healthcare executive, medical practice administrator and financial manager. The past chair is Debra J. Wiggs, senior principal consultant for Wier Management Solutions in Bellingham, Wash. Marie S. Walton, vice president, practice management of U.S. Anesthesia Partners is the finance and audit chair while Karen Marcelo, director of medcial operations at Advocate Physiician Partners, Advocate Health Care, is the finaance and audit vice chair.
The new board members include:

2. Kyle D. Matthews, CEO of Cardio Vascular Associates of Mesa (Ariz.)
