Here’s what you should know:
1. The building houses Sacramento-based Sutter Health facilities including physician offices, an urgent care clinic, a rehabilitation therapy center and a surgery center.
2. Between 200 and 300 people were evacuated from the building because of smoke on the fourth floor. Procedures were already underway at the surgery center.
3. Sacramento Fire spokesman Chris Harvey said the surgery center eventually evacuated its patients after the procedures were finished.
4. Fire officials determined leaking refrigerant material caused the smokiness. There were no injuries.
5. As of Feb. 6, engineers are still in the process of determining when the building could be reopened.
