Kno2 entered into a partnership with OneTouch EMR to include direct messaging capabilities in the OneTouch EMR systems.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The messaging features will allow ASC physicians to share patient data with hospitals, health systems and other providers electronically.

2. The feature helps physicians meet Merit-Based Incentive Payment System compliance requirements.

3. OneTouch EMR CEO Robert Abbate, MD, said in a release, “Our mission from the beginning has been to simplify the use of EMRs for physicians and staff in ambulatory settings. Partnering with Kno2 is a natural extension of that mission, providing a lightweight, affordable solution that’s easy to implement.”
