HRHCare opens health clinic in Brentwood for community in need: 6 things to know

HRHCare, a nonprofit based in New York, opened a new health clinic in Brentwood, N.Y., according to Newsday.

1. Charles DeLaCuadra, DO, a family medicine physician, serves as the clinic’s medical director.

2. The clinic is HRHCare’s 14th community health center on Long Island.

3. Open to anyone, the clinic is addressing the healthcare needs of an underserved community.

4. Patients pay $15 for one visit if they are at or below the federal poverty line.

5. Staff members provide dental, gynecological, family health and nutrition services.

6. Many employees speak Spanish and English, fostering better communication between patients and physicians.
